Would you consider being a Safety Watch/Block Captain for Belleau Wood?
What is your job as a Safety Watch/Block Captain:
· Be the eyes and ears of your area.
· Be aware of your surroundings and the people around you during the day and night. If you observe something suspicious, notify law enforcement as soon as you can and try to describe the activity as accurately as possible. Call 911 for an emergency or 258-3000 for Police non-emergency.
· Distribute information to your neighborhood contacts.
· Get contact information from your assigned neighbors and contact them in case of crime or other important information.
