Dues are used to support our neighbors in need through the Sunshine Committee with meals and gift cards. We also use the dues for beautification and upkeep of the entrance sign and park sign areas. A portion of the dues is put into savings so as to be ready for a larger project that may pop up in the future. We also fund/plan neighborhood events such as the Glow Run, 4th of July Flags, Yard Sale, Dog Walk, Ice Cream Social, Kona Ice, Neighborhood Scavenger Hunt, and Neighborhood Cleanup.
